Techniques for Generating scFv-CH3 KIH
There are two primary techniques for producing scFv-CH3 KIH: chemical conjugation and genetic engineering. Through genetic engineering, the coding sequence of scFv-CH3 KIH is created at the DNA level, and then the protein is expressed and secreted in host cells. This process yields fully functional Fc functions, remarkably stable structures, and reduced manufacturing expenses. It does, however, necessitate improving the manner of connection between the scFv and CH3 domains, managing the efficiency of heterodimer formation, and resolving stability problems associated with the scFv component.
