lab test
Fabric is the material used to make clothing. Good quality control of fabric is an important part of controlling the quality of finished products. The inspection and determination of incoming fabrics can effectively improve the authenticity rate of clothing. Fabric testing includes two aspects: appearance quality and intrinsic quality. On the appearance, it mainly inspects whether the fabric has damage, stain, weaving defect, color difference and so on. The sand washed fabric should also pay attention to whether there are sand washing defects such as sand channel, dead pleats and drapes. Defects that affect appearance need to be marked with marks during inspection, and avoid use when cutting. The intrinsic quality of fabric mainly includes shrinkage, color fastness and gram weight. For fabric testing, the main test items include: pH value, rubbing color fastness, fire resistance, water resistance, stretch, washability inspection, etc.
Component analysis | Cotton, linen, wool (sheep, rabbit), silk, polyester, spandex, nylon, CVC, etc. |
Fabric appearance quality testing | Specifications and dimensions, defects, color difference, weft deviation and other requirements |
Physical indexes | Yarn count, density, square meter weight, breaking strength, tear strength, anti-slip, washing size change rate, dry cleaning size change rate, pilling, color fastness to light, compound color fastness to light and sweat, color fastness to scalding, color fastness to wet friction |
Safety properties | Formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable aromatic amine carcinogenic dyes, color fastness to water, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to dry rubbing, color fastness to saliva, odor, etc. |
